  • 10–12 guided interviews

  • Historical framing + editorial authority

  • 180–250 page archival manuscript

  • Foreword or contextual essay

  • ISBN + limited distribution eligibility

  • 15 hardcovers

  • Completion guaranteed after core interviews

EDITION — $12,500

Best for: adult children commissioning a parent’s story

  • 8–10 guided interviews

  • Family steward included

  • 150–200 page finished manuscript

  • Additional hardcovers: $50 each

  • Audio archive for family: $750

  • Private family reading copy (PDF + print): $500

Fee Structure
Witness Series projects are initiated with a 50% Initiation Fee, required to begin.
This fee secures:

  • Private inquiry review and acceptance

  • Project intake and editorial assessment

  • Interview preparation and scheduling

  • Reservation of a dedicated project slot


The remaining 50% Completion Fee is due prior to final delivery.
 
This two-stage structure protects focus, discretion, and editorial continuity.

  • The Initiation Fee covers intake, assessment, and project preparation.

  • No installment plans or monthly payments are offered.

  • Scope includes narrative shaping, editorial refinement, and final manuscript preparation as outlined at initiation.

  • Substantial changes to scope may require a separate agreement.

 
Each project is treated as custodial editorial work, not transactional services.
